On Tuesday, May 26, 2009, U.S. Congressman Allen Boyd will tour FAMU research facility at Innovation Park with FAMU President James Ammons. The visit will update Congressman Boyd on a number of the important research projects that are currently being conducted at FAMU and outline the University’s plans for future research.As a member of the House Appropriations Committee, Congressman Boyd has helped secure funding for many of the ongoing projects at FAMU .
