The Lady Rattlers were a perfect 10-0 in the MEAC Southern Division and had great hopes of contending for a championship.
With the loss, that did not happen as Coppin advanced to face to Hampton in the championship game earlier today.
Hampton beat Coppin to capture their first-ever MEAC Volleyball Championship.
