The members of the committee are Tommy Dortch (chair), Faculty
Senate President Bettye Grable, David Lawrence, Student Body President Devin
Harrison, and Belvin Perry.
Perry offered the motion, which was seconded by Lawrence.
BOT Chair Kelvin Lawson said the full board will consider
the recommendation at its meeting schedule for today.
“We will take it to the full board tomorrow, per the
direction of this committee, and we will discuss it further and make a final
decision,” Lawson said in a quote published by the News Service of Florida.
