Correction: FAMU tag program is mentioned on Advancement’s .edu page

The Rattler specialty license plate is mentioned on the FAMU Division of University Advancement page. The previous story has been corrected to include that information.

When the original story was written, it was based on the information at foundation.famu.edu. It’s link to “other giving opportunities” is http://foundation.famu.edu/index.php/giving/giving-opportunities. This is what shows when that link is clicked:

But the “Giving Opportunities” link on the main Advancement page does work and it includes a paragraph about the Rattler tag program as part of a list of options for donating money.

The story from earlier today should have read that “Most SUS schools have an entire .edu page dedicated to specialty tag sales, FAMU still doesn’t.” Corrections have been made.
