The Lady Rattlers fell to Delaware State 55-44 in the quarterfinals of the MEAC tournament at the RBC Center. FAMU (12-17) shot just 33.3 percent from the field, making 17 of 51 shot attempts.FAMU Coach Debra Clark sung that ole coulda, woulda, shoulda song, "I am very disappointed in our play, we could have played much better. We have to grow and we have to get better as a team. Because, you have to go through Coppin and Delaware State to be successful in this league."
My how the MEAC tide has turned under Mrs. Clark reign, it used to be that you had to go through FAMU to win the MEAC.
