ReplyDeleteRattler Nation should investigate and expose why Corey Alston was not confirmed by the Florida Senate and was forced to resign from the Board. KAP Scandal? Unpaid Bills? Liens? Now tell me, who's misrepresenting what?
ReplyDeleteTrue at 3:24 a.m., that former trustee Alston had some obstacles, but let's not forget so does the Chair Lowe. However, she is still on the board illegally and I don't hear the BOG or the Gov making much ado about her situation or leading an investigation.
ReplyDeleteThe point and we should not loose our focus is the reported $51M deficit, to an unaudited $8M surplus to a -$10M loss. When did those responsible for our finances realize this misrepresented the financial status of FAMU; and when did certain members of the BOT become aware?
Castell was rewarded (bonus & raise) by the BOT based on bogus accounting and she in turn rewarded (raises) her management team also on this bogus accounting. These people received raises when she denied raises to the faculty and staff.
Finally, where was the chair of the audit committee, Pamela Duncan while all of this was transpiring?
What happened to Alston? he probab;y was gonna be TOO much for the cronies.
