Miller named MEAC Football Defensive Player of the Week

On Monday, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference named Florida A&M’s Antonio Miller its Defensive Player of the Week.

Miller, a senior defensive end, helped lead the Rattler defense to its’ first shutout in 18 years Saturday in a 17-0 victory over Norfolk State. The Lakeland, Fla. native finished with a team-high 10 total tackles (5 solos), an interception return for 39 yards; one (1) tackle for loss; one pass break up and one quarterback hurry.
