The FAMU men’s basketball team returns to action, after being off for nearly 10 days, for a two-game home stand against North Carolina A&T in the Al Lawson Center at 2pm today and at 4 pm tomorrow.

The Rattlers are 4-8 on the season, 3-2 in MEAC Conference play, with their only conference losses to A&T in Greensboro earlier this season.
FAMU currently sits in second place in the MEAC's southern division at 3-2, 1 ½ games behind the Aggies.

Junior guard MJ Randolph is the leading scorer for the Rattlers at 15.1 points per game. In the two contests against A&T, he recorded 12 points and 20 points, respectively. In the first game, Randolph was one assist shy of a triple-double. The other Rattler averaging double-figures is true freshman guard Jalen Speer at 10.8 points per game.

FAMU boasts the best scoring defense in the MEAC, allowing just 60.4 points per game. They also sport the best 3-point field goal percentage defense at 27.7 percent. Fourth-year head coach Robert McCullum is 37-67 (.356) at the program's helm and 29-24 (.547) in the MEAC.
