Despite having six Rattlers rack up over 20 minutes of playing time only two managed to score in double figures --- Jordan Chatman, who had 15 points and Jordan Tillmon who had 11 points and four assists coming off the bench.

The FAMU women's basketball team (2-13, 0-4) fell 71-68 to the UAPB Lady Lions in overtime.  It was the Lady Rattlers second consecutive overtime loss, having dropped a 68-71 decision to Grambling on Monday in Louisiana.

The Lady Rattlers are 5-38 under coach Shalon Pillow who was hired in May 2020. The Lady Rattlers opted not to play in 2020, their final season in the MEAC, due to COVID.
