Castell 'don Lost her Mind!!!

Just when we were about to write about the wonderful job FAMU students are doing by returning to their selfless and activist tradition (yeah, this is the 50th Anniversary year of the Tallahasee Bus Boycott) by marching on the Florida Capitol and taking over the Governors Office to protest the death of Martin Lee Anderson. Rattler Nation has learned that our interim president --perhaps taking a cue from massa-- has sent out a memo to all Deans and faculty saying that students who participated in the march are not to be excused from class.

Oh, we can pull students (band members) out of class and trout them down to the Capitol to play and dance for Governor Bush's birthday, but let students engage in real civic activity. Oh-Hell-to-da-Nah!!!!

  1. The students should go sit-in her office and ask her how long she plans to be there?

  5. Why should RN lighten up on the humor? FAMU's administration is the biggest joke in the State University System.
