Trustee Diallo pointed out a concern that has been expressed by many in the Rattler Family. Are all board members treated equally. It is quite apparent and blatant that several board members are held in reverence while others are held just short of contempt. The recent communications between the general counsel and Trustee Diallo is nothing new to certain members of the board. The general counsel has been known to send out terse and combative emails, especially when she is protecting the Resident.
This only raises a red flag. Why are they being so protected of the individuals and companies that have been contracted to do services at or above $100,000? The company that caused this ruckus was Metrics or Metryces.
