Let's hope that all the "folks" cheering for the band provide FAMU with the people and resources necessary to educate our students. Many in that "cheering" section have been in positions of authority and political power and have turned a blind eye so far.
ReplyDeleteAs a former member of the band, I can recall marching in the parade for Fmr. Gov. Bush's Inaugural. The truth of the matter is, unfortunately the enthusiasm of the band is very low when we have to do these things.
