The Florida A&M Men's Tennis team went a perfect 6-0 this weekend at the 2007 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Midyear Tennis Roundup at the Sanlando Tennis Center here Thursday through Sunday.The Rattlers (11-4, 6-0 in MEAC) went unbeaten against the MEAC's Northern teams, tying them with defending champion South Carolina State for the top spot in the conference standings.
FAMU blanked UMES, Howard, Coppin, Delaware State and Morgan State, 7-0 each and snatched a tight 4-3 win from rival Hampton University.
Coach Carl Goodman's crew has now won 11 straight matches and will return to action Thursday afternoon at home against Troy University.
