The Florida Senate approved the appointment of Tallahassee attorney Daryl Parks to the Florida A&M University board of trustees Friday, urging him to make the school accountable for mismanagement."You have a big job ahead of you, you really do," Sen. Gwen Margolis told Parks. "It seems to me a lot of the issue has been denial - you know. 'We know there are problems, but let's put it under the covers, and straighten it out."
