A few housekeeping details...
As Friday's graduation approaches, my stewardship of this blog will be coming to an end. See: it's time to move on. At the moment, i haven't found anyone or any group of folks to take over this blog.
So it looks like as we wind things down, Saturday and Sunday, we'll wrap things up with a "best of" type look back and the customary so long.
YEP, these students sound like a 2 out of 4 to me..... Cassie you were the WORST thing to happen to FAMU.....
ReplyDeleteWell RN, we hate to see you go altogether. Perhaps another rattler in-the-know will pick it back up if things should go crazy on campus again.
ReplyDeleteI still say that without this blog, Debra Austin would be our president right now, which means the school would probably lose its accreditation. Thanks RN, we wouldn't have stood much of a chance without you.
I'll see you at Graduation on Friday. The Best to you in your future endeavors.
ReplyDeleteTake care!
We certainly appreciate all of your efforts and wish you the best as you move on. You did a great job keeping us informed. Warmest and heartfelt congratulations on your graduation. Rattler for Life Class of 81 and 89-FAMU was so nice I graduated twice
ReplyDeleteYou were the best. Thanks for everything.
ReplyDelete1TrueRattler!
Class of 1972 and 1993
You deserve a standing ovation during commencement. I for one would be proud to applause you.
ReplyDeleteHow will we know when to stand for you?
Congrats RN! You were here when we needed you most!!!! Thanks for all you've done and best wishes for a bright future.
ReplyDeleteso will your cap have DaRattler on the top so that we can all know who you are?!?!
ReplyDeleteGood Idea! 12:03
ReplyDeleteEither way, I'm bringing a "Thanks Rattler Nation" banner to graduation to show my appreciation.
ReplyDeleteThanks to you and RN for all you did to expose the TRUTH!
ReplyDeleteKUDOS --- BEST WISHES --- GOOD SUCCESS
ReplyDeleteDA RATTLER --- Your BLOG HAS BEEN DA BOMB!!!!!
WHAT US GO DO NOW?
ReplyDeleteWe know you have to move on, but what are we gonna do?
ReplyDeleteprobably best to let the man (or woman) behind remain a mystery. You don't want any crazy FAMU admin to do something when he gets on the stage.
ReplyDeleteEither way, I'm bringing a "Thanks Rattler Nation" banner to graduation to show my appreciation.
ReplyDelete-------------------------------
GREAT IDEA! I'll bring my sign too.
Is there no one that you can pass the banner to? Several faculty would like to keep RN going for you but we (faculty) cannot get close enough to the scandal like you and your fellow students have managed to do. You and your student mafia have been excellent and is to be congratulated. Please see if there is a colleague that can take it up as there is still much work to be done. Every administration needs to have some watch-dog otherwise we will fall back to our bad old ways.
ReplyDeleteSend us an email (AnMRattler@yahoo.com) and we'll vet the offers.
ReplyDeleteRN, I will definitely miss ya'll. Congratulations. I know it was well worth the wait...literally.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for all you did for our beloved alma mater. Continue to rep FAMU well. Join and participate in your local alumni chapter.

The question is where are those Anti-FAMU people gonna go now?
No life having assholes!!!

ReplyDeleteThey're gonna go right back over to the biased ass Tallahassee Dixicrat.
The thing that first attracted me to this blog was a post with Dr. Humphries doing the Rattler Charge. I've been hooked since! I'm glad that you're moving on to bigger and better things.
ReplyDeleteWhile bringing the negative to light, RN also shows the good things happening to current students, faculty and Alumni. Most of the other media sources reporting on FAMU lack that severely. So for the sake of Rattlers abroad--especially those who don't want to rely on biased sources like the Tallahassee Democrat and the St. Pete Times--please consider having someone else continue the blog.
Congrats again!!
