Delaware State Coach Al Lavan, today, accused FAMU Coach Joe Taylor of not abiding by MEAC rules and exchanging game film in a timely manner. Lavan told the Delaware News Journal that FAMU had not uploaded its game film to an MEAC website by the required time and suspects that FAMU may be up to something.
"There is a procedure to get the tape," Lavan said. "They know they haven't sent it."
With a new coach, Lavan said he'd likely be facing a revamped Rattler team with new schemes Thursday night, but the Hornets don't know exactly what that new look is.
Man.......Eff Delaware State!!! Go Get 'em Rattlers!
ReplyDeleteIts not that big a deal. The game isn't until Thursday. This dude has more than enough time to break down the game film.
ReplyDeleteMan just shut up and bring your "A" game! This is a New Day and these Rattlers are not here to plsy!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAww quit all the bytchin! It's called an "EXCHANGE"! Why would FAMU hand over our game film to DSU, when DSU doesnt have any film to reciprocate? DSU didnt have a game last week so fair is fair! Good job Coach Joe and Bill Hayes for not giving these cry babies a competitive advantage!
ReplyDeleteIf you knew anything about the NCAA rules about exchanging game films, you guys would not be making these ignorant comments.FAMU athletics is still under NCAA probation until 2010. Therefore, this is a stupid move by Coach Taylor.
ReplyDeleteGame film is not mandated by the NCAA. It's a MEAC courtesy. However, the MEAC office even recognizes that game film exchange in this instance would be unfair and therefore will not get involve.
ReplyDeleteCoach Lavan, would you like some cheese with that "whine"?
ReplyDelete1:34, what are NCAA rules regarding exchange? Inquiring RATTLERS want to know
