  1. Mr. Brown, sir you are a sad case, but trust you are not alone. You are a Christian before being Black? Had you been lynched like so many hundreds of thousands of Black men in this country by one of your fellow "Christians" would you have simply stated that it was the will of "christ"? Hell No! As a confused man and coward you would have begged the devil, excuse me, I meant your "Christian" brother for mercy. This is a sad state of mental illness and confusion you and so many millions of Africans in America are in.

Your white "christian" counterparts have a name for it and it is called:

Stockholm syndrome this is a psychological response seen in abducted hostages, in which the hostage shows signs of loyalty to the hostage-taker, regardless of the danger (or at least risk) in which they have been placed. The syndrome is named after the Norrmalmstorg robbery of Kreditbanken at Norrmalmstorg, Stockholm, Sweden, in which the bank robbers held bank employees hostage from August 23 to August 28 in 1973. In this case, the victims became emotionally attached to their victimizers, and even defended their captors after they were freed from their six-day ordeal.

They could have simply named it Slave Syndrome because chattel slavery not only captured the body but it also captured the mind of the slaves and this was done well before 1973 and the white man still has it! You are a living testimony! How is it that you could so completely and arrogantly dispose of Rev, Wright while praising and questioning if a white preacher had done and said the same things? Where have you been or what have you been reading in your life, besides the “bible” which was given to our people after they had been ripped from Africa? White people have said it and continue to say it and more! The difference is they have the power to actually enforce it! Remember Slavery, Jim Crow, and Apartheid? It is called racism sir.

Furthermore, some of your attempts at making a case against Obama are weak, flawed and ignorant to say the least! And sir this is coming from someone who is NOT and Obama supporter!!!!

We all know that RN likes to censor "off the plantation" comments, but maybe, since he left the response to my comment, it might be instructive to republish it here.

  3. I know RN likes to censor "off the plantation" comments, but I felt the need to republish since the response to my previous comment was still here.

I hope that this blog, and the Rattler Nation in general, is big enough to be a place where all Rattlers can speak - not just the rattlers on the left.

  4. lol Sure, because RN is the only place you'll demand rights for ALL. Hmm, just as I thought. You suffer, my brother. I'll now pray for us all, for none of us have been to therapy and the Black church is the closest there is. Where do you attend "church"? Are you a Rattler? Who are your mentors and professors in college? What was you major? I'd be lying to say I want to hear how you support and defend Mccain with the bible. I'd be lying also to say that I want to hear you do the same on America, the world, and the Black diaspora.

  5. Now back to the FAMU COL march to eraly vote.

  6. You seem to have more hope for this blog than for your country. Go Rattlers!

  7. That's awesome that the College of Law is keeping in step with the main campus.

I'm so glad there is better unity between the COL and the Main campus....

  8. In reference to "Mr Brown sir":

I wonder how someone could lynch another human being and then go to church on Sunday.

The Bible talks about the goats and sheep being separated on Judgment day. That guy HAS to be a goat.

"But Lord, we lynched them in your name"

"Depart from me... I never knew you," says Jesus.

It was the true followers of Christ that worked so hard to end that awful period of American history.
