The Lady Rattlers compiled the only perfect record in the conference, with ten wins an no losses. Three Lady Rattlers made the All-MEAC second team. In addition five Lady Rattlers made the commissioner's All-Academic team.
Senior middle blocker Pamela Barrera, freshman outside hitter Yeisha Arcia and senior libero Karol Marquez all made second All-MEAC team. Barrera, Marquez, Joanie Del Castillo, Diana Gonzales and Katherine Huanec all made the commissioner's All-Academic team.
