LeDawn Gibson reaches 100 career wins mark

FAMU Women’s Basketball Head Coach Ledawn Gibson reached the 100 career wins mark on Saturday with a 55-50 victory over South Carolina State at the at the Smith-Hammond Center in Orangeburg, S.C. She is the third FAMU women’s head coach to achieve this distinction.

Gibson is in her seventh season leading the women’s basketball program. During her previous six seasons, she compiled a 97-84 record overall, while posting a 57-39 record in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play.
