The Alex Wood Era comes to an end

Florida A&M University Head Football Coach Alex Wood has submitted his resignation effective today university officials have confirmed.

Wood's three year contract was set to expire at the end of next month. He won 8 games, losing 25 in his three years as head coach.

Offensive Line Coach Edwin Pata will serve as the interim coach.
