On Friday, the Athletics Department released the full football schedule. It will begin with a Sept. 1 matchup against Fort Valley State. The Rattlers and Wildcats previously squared off in a Tallahassee season opener seven years ago.
Next up, FAMU will host Jackson State on Sept. 15 and Savannah State on Sept. 22.
Conference play will come to Bragg on Oct. 6 when the Rattlers take on Norfolk State for homecoming. That will be followed by home games against two other conference opponents: Morgan State on Oct. 27 and South Carolina State on Nov. 10.
