FAMU (292-315-301=908) had tied for the first round lead with defending champion and 2018 tournament winner Augusta (292-288-281), which captured the title with a 54-hole total of three under 861, shooting a 281 on Saturday.
Bethune-Cookman University (301-302-291) finished second behind Augusta with a three-day total of 894, while host Savannah State placed fourth (303-319-303) with a 925 total.
All five members of Coach Mike Rice's Rattler quintet placed in the Top 15 on the Individual Leaderboard, topped by the Top 10 trio of Alejandro Toro Cupril (8th, 73-75-77=225), Prince Cunningham (T10, 71-81-76=228) and Mulbe Dillard IV (T10, 75-81-72+228).
Cameron Riley (T15, 74-79-77=230) and Mahindra Lutchman (T15, 74-80-76=230), rounded out the FAMU contingent.
