FAMU is making a bit of noise as a SWAC newcomer by garnering 109 points at its first SWAC Media Day, which was good enough to earn a second-place ranking in the East Division predicted order of finish.
Defending SWAC champs Alabama A&M received 122 points and the first-place ranking in the SWAC-East. The Rattlers will travel to Huntsville, Al, on October 16 to take on the Bulldogs.
