The Lady Rattlers volleyball had their best weekend of the season winning all three games at the Auburn Invitational, including the enormous win over then-undefeated Auburn.
Yesterday, the Lady Rattlers concluded the weekend with a sweep of Nicholls State University Colonels winning the series 3 sets to zero (25-21, 25-23, 25-23).

"We are delighted to see our team improve after a tiring tournament last weekend," said head coach Gokhan Yilmaz. "We had several players step up and give us quality offensive production this weekend.
"We played an outstanding match against Auburn, and it was nice to see us close out against two very good teams in Belmont and Nicholls State. Now we need to change our focus to our conference play as we open up against a tough Jackson State team."
The Lady Rattlers improved to 8-4 overall, and face Jackson State in Jackson, MS on September 24th.
