The FAMU Rattlers football team will have an unprecedented level of television exposure during the 2024 season, with 11 of their 12 games set to be broadcast nationally.

The Rattlers will kick off their campaign on August 24th in Atlanta, Georgia, taking on Norfolk State in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge on ABC at 7:30 pm. The following week, they return home to Bragg Memorial Stadium to host South Carolina State on August 31st at 6 pm on ESPN+, looking to extend their 20-game home winning streak.

A high-profile road game at Miami looms on September 7th at 6 pm on the ACC Network Extra, before the Rattlers travel to face Troy on September 21st at 7 pm, also on ESPN+. They'll host Alabama A&M on September 28th at 6 pm on ESPN+.

The first half of the season concludes with a trip to Montgomery to battle Alabama State on October 5th at 3 pm (ESPN+), followed by a bye week. The Rattlers then visit Jackson State on October 19th at 3:30 pm, with the broadcast network still to be determined.

A primetime home game against Southern on October 26th at 7 pm precedes the homecoming clash with Texas Southern on November 2nd at 4 pm (ESPN+). Road tests at Prairie View A&M (November 9th, 3 pm on ESPN+) and the season finale at the Florida Classic in Orlando versus an opponent TBA on November 23rd at 3:30 pm wrap up the slate.

With an attractive mix of traditional rivalries and high-profile non-conference matchups, the 2024 FAMU schedule promises to bring the Rattlers into living rooms across the nation on a weekly basis.
