The University has secured the services of The Hollins Group (www.thehollinsgroup.com), an executive search firm, at a cost of $250,000 + expenses, to conduct combined dean searches for Dean of the College of Law, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, School of Business, and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Dean of the School of Nursing.Yesterday afternoon the faculty of the School of Business & Industry met with the Dr. Austin and Larry Hollins of The Hollins Group to discuss the search process.
Alumni, faculty and students with thought on the qualifications for each Dean position should share their thought with the Hollis Group. There information is as follows:

Naturally, the Provost will give the final approval of the official list of job qualifications for each Dean. The goal is to have each new Dean in place by July 1, 2006.
