FAMU grads to bring new flim to big screen

Those Rattler filmmakers, Wil Packer & Rob Hardy are set to bring to the screen their latest movie --- "Stomp the Yard". Packer & Hardy, you may remember, brought us such hits as The Gospel, Trois, and Lockdown. Their first film Choclate City was shot at FAMU.

This time Packer & Hardy's Rainforest Productions company has teamed up with Sony Pictures to bring "Stomp the Yard" to the big screen. The movie takes a look at college fraternity life and stepping. This is something Mr. Parcker & Mr. Hardy both know about, both are Beta Nu iinitiates of Alpha Phi Alpha. The film is scheduled for release in early 2007.
