Hazing case spinning out of control

Rattler Nation has learned that attorney's for the five Kappas accused of hazing will meet with the Judge, in his chamber, tommorrow to discuss dismissing the charges. We are told, among those, FAMU Police Chief Calvin Ross and members of the FAMU judiciary committee have been subpoenaed to be in the judges' chamber.
Told you the charges were getting dropped, mark my words. Charges dropped-civil suits-TERRIBLE press
ReplyDeleteLooks like Cast-Hell and Lizzy are about to lose another one! Look for lawsuit from K5 against University.
ReplyDeleteUp next, Billy Joe -v- FAMU.
If I were the parents of ANY of those young men, I'd sue the you-know-what out of FAMU. As I recall, two of the young men were slated to graduate, and the others, well, they were dismissed from school and on & on & on. Boy! oh, Boy! CVB really knows how to F up a school's reputation. And Lizzie McB? Well, she's just as F'ed up as her friend, Cast-Hell. I say to Hell with the both of them. And good for the boys and their attorneys & their parents.I'd take CVB--who represents the university--to the mfing cleaners. You betcha!
ReplyDeleteIf not those boys, who, then, whipped that child's ass. Maybe Beloved did it. Maybe Sethe? Maybe Paul D? Who the F knows? Maybe the kid imagined his ass getting beat. Maybe he imagined his ears don't hear no more. WTF? I say burn CVB & Lizzie at the mfing stake.
ReplyDeleteAin't nothing wrong with his hearing.
ReplyDeleteThe judge has had enough of this nonsense
This whole thing is baffling:
ReplyDelete1. Son is hazed.
2. Dad is Kappa. Calls Tallahassee Democrat, before calling the fraternity of which he is a member of, or school.
3. Retains Knowles & Randolph to represent his son.
4. Fraternity offers to assist FAMU in investigation. School says no.
5. Castell boots the Kappa 5 from school.
6. Two of accused get injunction to march.
7. Case finally comes to trail.
8. Motion to dismiss filed.
9. Prosecution asks for continuance to due report Kappa Alpha Psi Field Investigator files.
10. Questions arise if the 5 were even at the scene.
11. Doctor says earing is not lost.
12. Meeting in judges chambers to see if this case will be dismissed.
OK......What's next!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another Liz McBride production
Lizzie is a crazy mfer. And, apparently, an incompetent one at that. Who the F approved her hiring to come to FAMU? Oh, my bad. Silly me. She's CVB's buddy from Miami.
ReplyDeleteAnd all the mfers kissing CVB's & DA's & LMc's ass, and getting nowhere in a hurry, I just don't understand this shit. It's plenty faculty members got their noses so far up CVB's ass, until they can see the sun through CVB's nose.
ReplyDeleteIts not going to be in the judges chamber; it will be in Courtroom 3A at 9am...everyone that can should go and support the Kappa 5 as the DUKE students, Alums & Friends did their own!!! "Excellence with Caring"
ReplyDeleteTrue Story.
ReplyDeletethe kappas believe that the father was trying to get paid in a civil case. In october the boy's father told the kappas he wanted his son to pledge.
No one is denying that the boy got beat, but in order to prosecute the 5 boys accused there must be sufficient evidence that they were the one's doing the beating. the boy said in a police report that he was blindfolded and could not see who hit him, and when he took his blindfold off he didnt have glasses and still couldnt see. Who hit him? no one knows but the Kappas.
Charges dropped. FAT lawsuit (one of the kapas lost his job because of Famu denying him his diploma) and because they did it without merit. he's going to sue the pants off cvb and famu. Wait and see.

ReplyDeleteI KNOW YOU ALL DON'T THINK THAT THE KAPPAS WILL TAKE - "Who hit him?" to their graves? And I can't believe that any of you really believe that these 5 men, of whom some were leaders of the pledge group, are completely innocent! GIVE ME A BREAK! If they get off of their current charges, they surely need to be charged with something that will stick. If you are over the pledgees, and one of them gets hurt, GUESS WHO IS IN TROUBLE????
These fellows are no saints, ya'll. And of course, they are going to lie and stick together and argue, just as Bill Clinton did... "What IS is?" But, what they did was wrong! Wrong! Wrong! They hurt someone. Whether the extent of these injuries is not enough to satisfy all of you out there that they were serious, does not matter. Hazing is against the law! Marcus should not have participated in it either!
STOP BEING SANCTIMONIOUS! PIOUS!
By the way, some of the other guys who were on line are ready to sing like a bird on the witness stand. And don't you think for one moment that the prosecutors are not going to file them into the courtroom one by one. NOW! EVERYBODY'S NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO KEEP THEIR STORIES (LIES) STRAIGHT!
Good night!
Someone said that "Lizzy" and Cassie are friends from Miami.
ReplyDeleteJust for the record, Dr. Bryant did not hire Attorney McBride. She was already working at the University, under Dr. Gainous. She replaced Avery McKnight (Acting General Counsel). She is a Duke trained attorney who used to work with some "big white boys" in another part of Florida. Don't let Liz McBride's tenure at FAMU fool you all. It's sad that she allowed her professional skills to get "dumb downed" when she went to FAMU. (No harm meant to the University and my fellow Rattlers - just those who she has allowed to cause her to "dumb down.")
She's had a much better reputation than she has now. I guess "Association brings on assimilation," or in Italian, ""Se lei colloca con i cani, lei prenderà delle pulci."

Sweetheart,
And you definitely are a woman, let's get this straight.
No one is saying that what happened is right. All that is being asked is to GET IT RIGHT.
If I were a defense attorney, and I very well maybe, I would love to get all of those guys on the witness stand to state how they violated fraternity and university policy as well as state law in being willing participants in these ridiculous, unlawful rituals.
The only thing hurt on Marcus is his feelings and fortunately for all the Kappas that is wonderful news that their stupidity didn't actually maim somebody.
Should the Kappas be dealt with? Absolutely
Should the pledges be dealt with? Damn right
Should this thing be settled out of court? Probably
I can appreciate your sentiment to give some support to your friend Marcus but let's not get blinded by what is right and wrong and the legal system needs to do the right thing in this instance.
Hubba Dat 7:37am.
