Our interim president is out making the rounds with state editorial boards
And, again she gets a free ride to make her case unchallenged. Today's St. Petersburg Times talks about how she put 1,000 students out of school for non-payment of fees, or so she says. See: FAMU turns away 1,000 students for not paying The Times then uses the opportunity, perhaps encouraged by the interim prez, to go after one its favorite targets -- Fred Humphries.

  1. It's coming up on 6 years since Hump left and you are trying to tell me that those 1,000 students are leftovers from his administration and they haven't paid their fees since fall '01 and the university is now tagging them for none payment of fees. Give me a fucking break.

St. Pete Times you have lower your standards on this one. Sorry, I can't buy your shit if this is how you roll. Damn! What happened to reporters doing some got damn research and stop listening to word of mouth. Especially from a lying mouth.

  2. Last spring this mad black woman threw out some 2,500 students because they owed the university in some shape or form. The NAA had to step in after repeated phone calls and cries to chapters for assistance to help these chillin get money. Some were graduating and she still wouldn't cut a deal. But that's ova.

Now you are telling me that a whole group of mofos 1,000 to be exact still owe the university. I thought the mad black woman solved this problem last spring with her Spring Cleaning. Now we up to 3,500 students owing the university only God knows how much.

I thought she got this shit straight last year. I swear she got all kinds of magic bags. Anytime she feel like it, she just pull shit out of nowhere.

All I want to know is how many more students do we have that owe the university? I am tired of this fool pulling out of her hat like damn rabbits every semester. Just bring them all out now and let's get this over with for once and for all.

This includes all of the grad students ya'll mucked paperwork on as well.

    Just bring'em all out.

  4. SMH... and the drama goes on. First she complains that the NAA president is the cause of all of the bad press, then she turns around and takes her butt to St. Pete to report this information that is virtually old news.

Now it is plastered all over the internet because it was reported in the St. Pete Times. This lady never ceases to amaze me with the level of stupidity and arrogance at garnering bad press.

  6. This is a tell-tale sign of where Castell's head is: A NSF $5M Grant and the only thing you can speak to during your St Pete Times interview is the number of students you have get out of school.

A grand opportunity to speak well of FAMU and Castell ends it on a negative note.

Come on CVB supporters and explain why she outed those students instead of praising the faculty for an outstanding job.
