The Florida A&M Rattler basketball team past Howard University, 65-53 in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game in Washington last night.

Rome Sanders, the Rattlers' senior center, scored a game-high 23 points on 10 of 13 shooting, while hauling down a game-high 11 rebounds Monday.
The Florida A&M Women's Basketball team ran past a determined Howard University squad, 75-71 , to improve to (11-8, 7-1 in MEAC) maintaining their stranglehold on second place in the league, just one-half game back of defending champion Coppin State (12-6, 7-0). The win was the Lady Rattler's fourth consecutive.
