The Pappas Consulting Group's proposed master plan for higher education in Florida represents a clear and present danger to Florida A&M University's future as a research institution. The FAMU Board of Trustees must respond by hiring a president today who has the experience, vision and tenacity to fight this threat.

the race card won't work this time. the op-ed piece gave us nothing new. just the usual we are a victim jargon. how about your own gross mismanagement famu? a failing law school, a system that is broke only graduating 40 percent of it's students. seems that the pappas study might help famu, because famu cannot help themselves.

ReplyDeleteyou can't even educate your undergrads. the pappas plan will not push you back. the bog will have the final say in what is best for the state, not just famu.
ReplyDeletethe race card is worn through. famu is a poorly managed state funded public univesity and will do, as all the other institutions, what is the best for the state of florida. with a 40 percent graduation rate you already are backwards. get over it!
