Football fans watching Super Bowl XLI Sunday night at Dolphin Stadium, Miami Gardens, Fla., were treated to an intriguing and spectacular sight during pop icon Prince’s halftime show – the Florida A&M Marching Band illuminated with Light Tape®, by Electro-LuminX®, which uses Phosphors by SYLVANIA™ as the key ingredient in the product. The thin, flexible strips were powered by battery packs carried by each A&M band member, and shone brightly thanks to SYLVANIA’s higher quality phosphor technology.
“This is the first time that SYLVANIA™ phosphors have been used in such an application, and to be a key part of the illumination of the Florida A&M marching band uniforms is truly a testament to the flexibility and limitless possibilities of our phosphors and this technology,” Diane Seymour, business development manager, OSRAM SYLVANIA, said.
The Super Bowl returns to Miami three years from now.

And the walls come crumbling down. Cast "HELL" fooled a lot of us that she could hold down the fort until a permanent came. The problem is she was in there too long. If she had stayed justa year, then much of this mess would have been resolved by a permanent president with experience. She was out of her league. Along with the board just accepting eveything she and KPMG threw at us, we ALL were duped.
ReplyDeleteShe need to hit 95 South in a hurry and let a PRESIDENT with HBCU 4-year college proven ability take the reigns.
This must be heartbreaking to Henry Lewis. He poured his all into making Pharmacy one of the best in the country, and now look what it has sunk to. It's truly a shame.
