The Rattler Baseball team completed a three-game Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference sweep of Maryland Eastern Shore in a 8-4 win, yesterday afternoon at FAMU's Moore-Kittles Field.FAMU (13-18, 6-5 MEAC) pounded out 11 hits, while UMES (5-33, 4-7 MEAC) had just seven hits.
The Rattlers were led by Darryl Evans, who went three-for-four from the plate, while both Tim Jones and Chris Fullman finished with two hits each.
The Rattlers will be back in action on Tuesday, April 22 against Alabama State at Patterson Field in Montgomery, Ala., at 1 p.m.
