100rd makes Dolphins happy

While the Miami Dolphins have struggled mightily these past few years, with a new coach and a new year the team is aggressively trying to rebuild its fan base. With that in mind, the Dolphins paid about $80,000 to bring in all 420 members of the FAMU Marching 100 to perform at it's season opener against the NY Jets yesterday.

While the 100rd won over many Dolphin fans, the Miami football team still needs a bit of fine tuning. The Dolphins lost to the Jets 20-14.

  1. In addition to the $80,000, I believe that the the Dolphins/NFL paid for a scholarship, also.
