According to the Associated Press: Baskin, 22, “was sentenced to 51 weeks in the county jail, five years of probation and 300 hours
of community service.” He will also be required to pay a $3,000 fine.
Baskin, who pled no contest to a manslaughter charge, was
described by prosecutors as being “most-consistently identified as the most
enthusiastic” hazer. The sentence he received is far less than the nine-years
that State Attorney Jeff Ashton requested.
