The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) has named FAMU softball’s
Kenya Pereira its Pitcher of the Week.
Pereira (P, 5-3, So., Kissimmee, Fla.) turned in a complete
game, working 7.0 innings, allowing five runs (three earned) on seven hits,
with seven strikeouts and no walks.
