Election Protection is the country’s largest and longest-running non-partisan voter protection program and consistently has been a part of law firms’ pro bono programs since 2004.
Nationwide more than 4000 lawyers and close to 100 of the nation’s top law firms and corporate legal departments were involved in the Election Protection program, led by the national Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, to help provide support for voters this election season.
This non-partisan effort was operated in conjunction with the Lawyers’ Committee on Civil Rights, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the American Civil Liberties Union to protect the voting rights of Florida residents.
