FAMU signs MOU with University of Haifa in Israel

FAMU President Larry Robinson, accompanying FL. Gov. Ron DeSantis, on a six-day international trade mission to Israel, yesterday signed an agreement with the University of Haifa that will expand study abroad options for FAMU students.
“The MOU opens a gateway to the rich educational and cultural treasures of the University of Haifa and Israel to FAMU students in various disciplines,” Robinson said.  “This partnership will also expose the University of Haifa community to the incredible students who attend FAMU.”  
The University of Haifa is an 18,000-student public research university in Israel founded in 1963. FAMU, a public doctorial research university, with 10,000.
The agreement will offer FAMU students to study abroad in Israel for an academic year, semester or summer session.
