In an abundance of caution, the FAMU football game against North Carolina A&T University at Bragg Stadium will now be played on Sunday, October 20th at 2 p.m. as a safety precaution due to inclement weather connected with the passage of a Tropical Storm Nestor on Friday/Saturday.
The University will make an official statement later this morning, however FAMU Athletics used their twitter page this morning to announce the the new time.
This is the second year in a row weather concerns have been an issue with the FAMU-N.C. A&T game.
In 2018, the teams met in Greensboro, North Carolina just days after Hurricane Michael ripped through the Big Bend.
