FAMU looks to extend its home game winning streak to 12 this evening when the Rattlers take on the Bulldogs of Alabama A&M University. The Rattlers currently have the third longest home game winning streak in the nation behind Montana State (14) and North Dakota State (12).

Last year, the Rattlers notched a come-from-behind 35-31 victory over the Bulldogs in Normal, AL. FAMU outscored the Bulldogs 19-3 in the fourth quarter.

With seven of the FAMU's eight remaining against fellow SWAC opponents, the Rattlers have no losses to spare if they want to remain in SWAC title contention or a repeat an FCS at-large playoff bid.

"We definitely have to take it one game at a time and understand what's required of us this weekend to play our best ball up to this day," said Head Coach Willie Simmons.
"We're basically in a playoff mindset to where every game counts and a loss may knock us out of playoff contention."

The Rattlers are fresh off a bye week  following a 23-13 victory over Albany State in their home opener on Sept. 10. The winless Bulldogs fell to Austin Peay 28-3 last Saturday.

Game time is at 6 pm in Bragg Stadium.
