Lawson Center set to get new video board

FAMU has been seeking request for proposals from qualified bidders to construct and install a new center hung LED scoreboard and scorers' tables for the Lawson Center, through Anthony James Parters, LLC acting as the owner's representative.   The RFP closed on yesterday at 2 pm.

If all goes according to plans, the Lawson Center and Gaither Gym could have new scoreboards in place in time for next season.

More bling for Bragg

In a matter of months, Bragg stadium will also be in the midst of noticeable offseason improvements with the installation of a new video board and LED ribbons boards across the football field house and the four corners of the stadium (at field level).   

The LED ribbons across the field house will also  serve as a secondary scoreboard and advertising display board. 

The new LED display boards installed at field level will allow for more in-game progress information, captioning abilities, additional statistics, graphics, and the opportunity to highlight sponsors throughout events.
