Meanwhile, on the softball field, the FAMU Lady Rattlers encountered a similarly challenging matchup against Jackson State University. Despite their determination and resolve, the Lady Rattlers found themselves outmatched by their opponents. The game ended with a decisive victory for Jackson State, with a final score of 10-1.
The Rattler baseball team will try to regain their footing today as they face the Wildcats at 6 pm today. The Lady Rattlers will do the same as they close out the series at Jackson State today with a doubleheader beginning at 1pm.
