We have learned from our sources in the Legislature and the Governor's Office that Tallahassee Physician Spurgeon McWilliams will replace David Griffin on the FAMU Board of Trustees. We understand that the Governor has already placed a call to Dr. McWilliams to inform him of the appointment.

FAMU Slams FSU in Softball
Florida A&M's Tiffany Johnson took the efficient route to stopping Florida State, pitching a five-hit shutout Monday in a 4-0 softball victory.
With the win the Lady Rattlers improved to 25-21 on the season.
Castell Bryant meets with Black Caucus
Interim President Castell Bryant met with members of the Florida Conference of Black State Legislators last night. Bryant presented FAMU's legislative agenda and asked for caucus member's help. She also answered questions from the group.
Did she answer when she's getting the HELL out-of FAMU?
