According to a story published at The Online Wire (June 30, 2006) Florida A&M is competing with Duke and North Carolina for three of the nation's top high school basketball prospects O.J. Mayo, Bill Walker and Keenen Ellis. All three stars, slated to graduate high school in 2007, have listed FAMU as possible destinations.
