The hazing trial of the Kappa5 resumed today at the Leon County Courthouse. At issue is wether or not there is sufficient evidence to determine if the accused are directly responsible for "hazing" the victim. Nearly two weeks ago attorney's for the accused moved to have the trial dismissed.
