ReplyDeleteOne doesn't move "with caution expeditiously." To move "expeditiously" means to move swiftly, promptly, quickly. Thus, if one moves "with caution" one moves with careful and deliberate thought. One gives serious thought to a situation before moving on it. The comment is therefore not rhetorically correct. I do understand, however, the point being made.
