Myles is president and CEO of The Sister Accord, LLC, which
is focused on female empowerment, leadership development for both males and
females, and the importance of relationships in delivering exceptional
results. As the leader of a global
movement that Myles has coined “The Revolution of Love,” she is committed to
having one billion girls and women live the principles of The Sister Accord.
For the past seven years, she served in several key roles
with Procter & Gamble, including director of Global Packaging Purchases,
where she managed the spending of $6 billion.
In 2012, Myles was named one of FAMU’s 125 Outstanding
Alumni in celebration of the university’s 125th anniversary. She is a member of
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., FAMU National Alumni Association, and the
National Black MBA Association. She is the chair for the FAMU School of
Business and Industry Advisory Board, a member of the Inaugural Advisory Panel
for espnW and a member of the Speakers Resource Group for Disney’s Dreamers
Academy.
Myles graduated summa cum laude in 1989 with a bachelor’s
degree in business administration from FAMU. In 1990, she received her master’s
degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. She is
married to Kenneth A. Myles and has two teenage sons, Kendall and Jordan.
