FAMU’s sixth annual STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) Day, held this past Saturday, attracted more than 900 students to campus from all over Florida and Georgia.
From food sciences to weather, 6th graders through seniors in high school learned about the vast options available as careers in STEM. The daylong event hosted by the College of Science & Technology was designed to increase students’ interest in the sciences.
