FAMU grad Melvin Carter, Mayor of St. Paul, MN, announced to the nation Tuesday night, that Minnesota’s Democratic National Convention delegates cast 36 votes for Sen. Bernie Sanders and 60 votes for Vice President Joe Biden.
In all, the roll call process took 30-minutes for 57 states and territories to cast their votes. The votes process went in alphabetical order, with the exception of Delaware, the home state of Joe Biden, who cast their vote last.
