FAMU has developed a self-assessment checklist for students, faculty, and staff to screen themselves once each day prior to coming to campus or attending classes.
The checklist is designed to "Protect the FAMUly," and help the campus community observe and practice protective measures to guard against the spread of COVID-19.
Your answers will determine if you are able to return to class or campus. Anyone answering “yes” to a question should stay home that day.
